One of my favorite things is chocolate. Specifically, dark chocolate. I can go on an on about the health benefits in order to justify my passion. I’ve collected the research for years in case anyone challenges me on it. And anyone who talks about the calories, fat, or anything like that is obviously someone who…needs more chocolate!

There’s even a holiday to celebrate chocolate: National Chocolate Day is October 28th. How cool is that?
