Frequently asked questions

How can I be featured on your site?

I appreciate the interest. With so many authors and interesting people and so little time, I unfortunately can’t accept all interview requests. You can nominate yourself or someone else by filling out the contact form. If you’re selected for an interview feature on the blog, we’ll be in touch.

Why did you start blogging?

There’s always room for one more.

How do I submit a manuscript for you to review?

I only wish I had the time to read unpublished books in addition to all of the published ones stacked on my desk, on my nightstand, not to mention the digital libraries on my devices. Because I’m not a publisher, I cannot offer manuscript reviews.

Will you make a contribution to my organization?

I already support the charities and causes that interest me. I get frequent requests from many different charitable organizations, and unfortunately cannot honor any more.

How can I be a guest blogger on your site?

Please read the post on guest blogging and follow the link for your submission.

How do I promote my book?

There are many organizations that offer assistance in marketing and distribution that you may find useful to help promote your title. One such organization is the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA), which offers education, marketing programs, advice and advocacy for all member publishers, regardless of their size and experience.

Can I re-post one of your posts in its entirety anywhere else, use this content for commercial purposes, or alter your work in any way?

No, you cannot. You can link to the site or a post.
