Power of Friendship

There’s an incredible power in friendship. Research continues to uncover how powerful our associations are and the impact it has on our future. One of the big mistakes I cover in my book, The Book of Mistakes: 9 Secrets to Creating a Successful Future, is this power. It’s important to be conscious of it and to cultivate your friendships with care.

Leaders take note: it’s also important for us at work. Gallup’s research also shows that our performance at work is enhanced when we have a best friend at work.
